INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTAS 1.Cashewnuts - 20 gram Coconut powder - 2 tablespoon Roasted bengal gram - 4 tablespoon Grind these ingredients and make a fine powder
2.Mutton - 1/2 kilo Medium sized onion - 1 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Homemade Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon Few mint and coriander leaves Green chillies finely cut - 3 Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Grind all these ingredients then add the powder of coconut,cashews and bengal gram ,mix it with little oil,mix well and make round medium sized kofta's or meatballs.
FOR KOFTA FRY 1.Heat oil in a pan to it add Onion - 1 Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon Homemade garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon Salt - as required Coriander and mint leaves Green chillies chopped - 3
Saute these ingredients and add fried kofta's and mix well.
